How do I calculate the percentages for me and the SLCSP? Is it 100% for both? Also, what about the advanced payment percentage box? Does my daughter use the same percentages? See screenshot:

If your daughter was on the same policy but you do not claim her as a dependent then she will use the opposite percentage of what you use. Ex. If you claim 100%, she will claim 0%.

You can choose to allocate any way you would like, but all 3 boxes should be allocated at the same percentage.

Thanks, but I still don't understand your answer. What is being allocated? The policy was not on me but on her. I just paid the premiums.
