I'm having an issue with e-filing my state return. I paid for the state return and got email confirmation of my payment. When I hit continue, it says all my products have been restored and lists "TURBOTAX STATE RETURN XX TAX YEAR 2019 E-FILE". Then, it takes me to the next screen stating that "Your Payment Didn't Go Through". No matter how many times I "restore" my purchase, I am stuck in an endless loop of being unable to e-file my state return.
Did TurboTax ever resolve this issue for you?

Are you using TurboTax Online? Please try this and see if this clears the issue for you. Please log completely out of TurboTax. Then, in your browser, please clear your cache and delete your cookies. After this, close completely out of the browser. Re-open everything including logging back into TurboTax. Also, you can try completing your return in a different browser as well.
