I received an email on 2/18 with the above subject. It says NY_Itemized - we've identified a potential issue in your NY return due to an error in our software. To update your return: Once you've opened your return in TurboTax, the details about what's causing the problem will be displayed. From there we can walk you through making the updates you need and help you e-file your return.
I opened TurboTax 2020, but my 2020 return is not in there, as if it can't be found. There are no details about what's causing the problem. It's acting as if I haven't filed at all, and as if I can start a new return. My federal return was already accepted. How can this is remedied?
