State taxes owed are on the W2 but does not allow any entry of this amount in TT-State

I have multiple non-resident state taxes to file. When I run through the state taxes, it calculates the tax amount owed. However my company has already paid the tax owed in box 17-> state income tax. Where should I enter this amount as TT state is not asking for this amount anywhere.

You enter that information on the federal section on TurboTax when you enter your W-2. 

Any state tax withheld and reported on the W-2 will flow through to that state return.
