If you are using the TurboTax Online version, try clearing your cache and cookies. Then reboot and log back in or try another browser.
For our TurboTax Desktop version it is typically caused by using non-alpha numeric characters in the name or address. The continue button will activate if you remove the #, or periods or other non-alpha characters in the names or addresses.
Tried it. It did not work. Must file the state by hand.
Looking for another tax program for next year.
