Why does Turbotax continue to calculate my Maryland State taxes grossly incorrectly year after year?

Every year the state of Maryland issues a correction to my filing my state tax return with a significant decrease in my refund. This issuance went from a $6,360 refund down to a little more than $200.  This has happened in my previous two filings as well.  Turbotax has not been close when it comes to my state's tax filings.  I would like to know why, and if I am getting this inaccurate help from Turbotax, why am I paying you guys for such awful service?

We have to know what they are changing.  It may be something you are entering wrong or not adjusting on the state return.  It is usually user error.
