Why can't my State of Maryland Forms be created yet? I get an error that states: "Your Maryland return(s) is currently unavailable to view, print or download because some of the forms haven't been finalized yet."

Why can't my State of Maryland Forms be created yet? I get an error that states: "Your Maryland return(s) is currently unavailable to view, print or download because some of the forms haven't been finalized yet."

How will I know that the Maryland return is filed properly and that the refund is being sent?  What if the return never gets filed?  Does that mean that the state is going to come after me because my tax return isn't filed??

When will I be able to print Maryland taxes.  Message keeps stating that the forms have not been created yet?
