Which income do I need to report for Oregon if I work in Washington state? Turbo tax ask for Oregon Sorce income and non of my wages are from an Oregon source.

Spouse is non-Oregon resident, and I am a Oregon resident.

As a resident of Oregon, all of your income is taxable to the state of Oregon regardless of where it was earned. You'll need to report the wages you earned in Washington on your Oregon return. This is because Oregon, like most states, taxes its residents on their worldwide income.

 

Since your spouse is a nonresident of Oregon, Oregon would only tax their income that was earned from Oregon sources. If they didn't work in Oregon then they would not have any income taxable in Oregon.
