Where should I put state income tax on my state tax file? There are only boxes to enter wages for state file.

Income tax from what?  The state withholding on your W2 box 17?  Or estimates you paid?

Yes, I don't see row for boxes 15-20 for state. They do appear on federal.

You enter the state info on the same screen as the federal W2 info.  Did you scroll down?
