Where on the tax bill for IL would it say "used as a personal residence"?

It asks if it says "used as a personal residence" on my tax bill. I'm not sure what that means, but it's important since it made a difference in my taxes.

It will not actually say used as a personal residence on the tax bill, but if the property tax is for the house you live it, it is personal residence (as opposed to office or store use).
