Where is my money

I too have had this Cross River bank issue and I am not happy about it. I talk to that bank and TT twice yesterday and TT told me I should have it some time today. Guess what! Nothing!! I did not ask for an advance. For people that received their money finally how long did it take? This is my CA state I’m waiting for.
