Where do you enter your annualized income for the NY state return?

Go through the NY interview. When you come to a screen entitled "Underpayment Penalty", click Continue (don't Skip).

If you don't have an underpayment issue, eventually the interview will end with "Let's Review Your New York Numbers".

If you do have an underpayment, proceed until you are asked about annualizing your income.
