where do I report state lottery winnings from state I live in?

You can enter as Gambling Winnings, which is under Less Common income in the federal section of TurboTax.   Winnings from lotteries and raffles are gambling winnings.  See Lotteries and raffles.

 

TurboTax will transfer the information to your state.
