If you are due a refund or have no amount due, mail your Missouri Form MO-1040, Individual Income Tax Return, to: 

Department of Revenue

If you have a balance due, mail your return and payment to: 

Department of Revenue

P.O. Box 329

Jefferson City, MO 65107-0329.
