It was noted on the NCK1, non residents line 7.

Where do I enter the NC state tax paid on my behalf by the LLC ?

To enter North Carolina state tax withheld on an NC K-1:

Type estimated taxes in Search in the upper right
Click on Go to Estimated Tax Payments
Scroll down to Other Income Taxes Paid in 2020
Start Withholding not already entered on a W-2 or 1099
Choose your state and enter the amount
