Where do I enter NYC 1127.2 Wage and Tax Statement? I am not a NYC resident.

The 1127.2 Wage and Tax Statement is part of your W-2. You enter it on the same screen where you enter all the other W-2 information. Enter the Section 1127 wages in box 14 with the description "1127 WAGES" (without the quotes). Enter the Section 1127 amount withheld in box 14 with the description "1127" (without the quotes).
