Where do I add 1099-G for MAPFML Income?

I am struggling to add the 1099-G PFML to my tax returns.
On federal when I try add 1099-G there is no mention of PFML only PFL, do these fall under the same category?
If so, when I do select "No, we didn't receive a 1099-G for any of these payments." (becasue PFML doesnt fall under the options listed) I am just brought back to the federal income page and the 1099-G is not added.

I tried searching for the form and navigating to it following these instructions
"https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/unemployment-taxes/report-1099-g-unemplo..."
and again it bring me to the same page where there is no mention of PFML.

The 1099-G has the amount received and the taxes paid to both federal and state.

Any help here would be great.

Where do I add 1099-G for MAPFML Income?

If you received a Form 1099-G from your state (MA), and there is a dollar amount in Box 1, which is used both for unemployment and paid family leave / paid family medical leave, then you should be able to follow these instructions to enter the form in TurboTax:

  1. Open or continue your return.
  2. Navigate to the 1099-G section:
    • TurboTax Online/Mobile: Go to 1099-G.
    • TurboTax Desktop: Search for 1099-G and select the Jump to link.
  3. On the Did you or Spouse receive unemployment or paid family leave benefits? screen, answer Yes.
  4. Follow the instructions to enter your 1099-G information.

See this Massachusetts DOR webpage for more information. It states, in part:

The Massachusetts personal income tax implications of PFML benefits are governed by federal law. Federal law generally provides that gross income includes all income from whatever source derived. See Internal Revenue Code § 61(a). We understand that the IRS may be developing specific guidance as to the tax treatment to be afforded to PFML benefits. Given the current law, taxpayers should assume that all PFML benefits are taxable and report them as taxable income on their Massachusetts personal income tax returns, while the issuance of specific federal guidance is begin considered.
