When will TurboTax 2022 for California be available?

<P>For the desktop TurboTax 2022, when I click "Download Now" from the State purchase screen, a new window pops up saying, "Getting Your State..." and then it says "Your software is up to date," but the download didn't occur.</P>

as of 11/22/22 my TurboTax 2022 incudes the CA forms. Suddenly, it popped up when I clicked on CA "amount due". The talk that it would not be available until next year appears to be incorrect.
