Did you e-file your return & was it accepted? If your return was accepted only the IRS will know when you will receive your refund. You can check the IRS website, Where's My Refund, for information regarding your Federal refund.
If you mailed in your return, the IRS is not currently processing mailed in returns. If that is the case, you will not see any information on the IRS website about your mailed in return. The IRS is start processing returns when they re-open.

When I will get my refund
Check the status of your tax return - follow the instructions below. If you e-filed, your return will be processed as normal. If you paper-filed, those returns are not being processed right now.
Sign in to TurboTax to check your current status. You'll find it in Tax Home after sign in.
If you've got an Alexa device, you can enable it to check for you.
If you used TurboTax CD/Download you can check your e-file status by opening the File menu and selecting Check E-filing status or by opening your return, selecting the File tab, and selecting the Check E-file Status header.
Keep in mind:
The IRS issues more than 9 out of 10 refunds in the normal time frame: less than 21 days. However, it’s possible that some tax returns may require further review and could take longer.

Unfortunately, the IRS is behind in issuing the refund payments.
As such, you may have to wait a bit longer to receive an update. Check the link below daily as they are updating it frequently.
The online link is your best option to track your refund. I have attached a link with more answers from the IRS as to why your refund may be taking longer to process.
Also, be aware, the IRS operations are limited during the Covid-19 pandemic. Attached is a link with more information as to what departments are available to contact at the moment.
