When will I be able to file my NJ Form 1065

I was able to file my federal Form 1065 but when I try to file with NJ I get a message that the Intuit  Electronic Filing Center is not yet open for business.  Does anyone know when if will be ready or if there is a different problem?

I was told by Turbo Tax support that the NJ Form 1065 is scheduled to be available 2/26/2021

@krunchkitchen The 1065 form is showing available on the IRS form availability. Please try checking for updates or do a manual update.

NJ Form 1065 not IRS

I called Turbo Tax support agin today. The revised date form the business tax return forms for New Jersey is now 3/5/2021. She stated that it may take a few days after the 5th for Turbo Tax to update. Yet another NJ fiasco. The NJ direct file website does not work at all. It need an unsupported Java extension

Per this, TT does not support efile of that form, but the print version will be ready on March 5:

New Jersey Partnerships Forms Availability (intuit.com)

TT cannot release the form until NJ approves TT's version (programming) of it.

Is this option available now? Don't see it in my NJ forms.  (NJ-1065, and not 1065)

Please see the forms availability table here.  This form is available but not supported by e-filing.
