When I input my address and try to select the state, Puerto Rico isn't an option. How can I enter Puerto Rico as my residence?

When I input my address and try to select the state, Puerto Rico isn't an option. How can I enter Puerto Rico as my residence?

In the dropdown for the state of residence, scroll to the bottom of the list and select Foreign or US Possession
