When completing my Federal return, why does my state refund amount double in Turbotax on the State and Local Tax Refund Summary?

I received a CA tax refund of $2810 but Turbotax shows $5620 on the State and Local Tax Refund Summary page.

Hello my name is Leonard G Jinkerson, I have a question about my return. My Federal shows 1,969.00 and I am only getting 1,584.00 instead. Why is that I am getting shorted, when I used Turbo tax Free edition?
