I am very confused since at the top it clearly states - Do not mail the Payments vouchers (NJ 1040-ES) with your 2020 return. Then at the bottom is Include a separate check or money order for each payment to | "State of New Jersey - TGI". Write your social security number and
| "Form NJ-1040ES" on each check.
What form should be send in with the payment when I would like to make payment in full and not a payment plan
