What attachments should be on a SC resident tax form

IVe completed by SC resident state tax form for 2017.  I do not see any instructions for attaching W2s or 10099Gs to the copy to be filed.  Do you attach them anyway or leave them off?   I know its late to file 2017 state taxes, I filed an extension due to illness last year.
