What are state mandatory taxes for? I'm in Jersey and I have about $300 listed as state mandatory taxes. Was that maybe for an IRA withdrawal (no-penalty)?

In NJ, these include:

State Unemployment Insurance (SUI)

State Disability Insurance (SDI)

Family Leave Insurance (FLI)

Nothing to do with an IRA withdrawal.
