Since you appear to be using TurboTax Online, you can't readily view your return-in-progress as readily as if you were using the desktop edition. See the TurboTax Help article How do I preview my TurboTax Online return before filing? for guidance in viewing your return before filing. If you've entered information that would appear on a West Virginia Schedule M, the schedule will be present.
If you're trying to enter adjustments to your federal income that would be reflected on your West Virginia Schedule M:
- Open TurboTax Online
- Select Tax Home in the left pane
- In the left pane, select the dropdown to the right of State Taxes
- Select Review/Edit
- Page through any screens until you get to Status of your state returns
- Select Add a State if you haven't entered your state information, or Edit next to West Virginia if you have
- Proceed through the state interview until you get to the Any West Virginia Adjustments to Your Federal Income screen
- Check the box next to any relevant adjustments, then select Continue
- Make entries as appropriate on any adjustment screens that follow
- On the Additional West Virginia Deductions screen, check any appropriate boxes, and make any necessary entries on any subsequent adjustment screens
