I am trying to complete a PA State Tax return. I am utilizing Turbo Tax Premier downloaded on my desktop. I have a W-2 issued by a Florida employer in which no state wages or taxes were reflected. As such, the Turbo Tax software did not transfer the W-2 from my Federal return to my PA return. I have manually added the taxable wages to the return via the "Gross Compensation Worksheet" included in the forms area. When Turbo tax runs the final check or if I try to print the return I receive an error message stating that I can not reflect more W-2s in my State return than my Federal. Only problem is I'm not, I only have one W-2. Turbo Tax is just not recognizing it for State return purposes. How can I get Turbo Tax to recognize the accuracy of including the W-2 on the PA return?

Do not make the adjustment in the FORMS mode. Since PA is you home state all income should carry back to it. However, if that didn't work go back to the W-2 and enter PA in box 15 and the same number as in box 1 into box 16. This will properly post the income to PA.
my w-2 no state tax
You must edit your w-2 and select Pennsylvania in box15. Then you must also enter the total amount of wages listed in box 1 as suggested above. It doesn't matter if the per copy of your W-2 matches what you enter in the state portion as you are doing so to properly calculate the Pennsylvania tax. Please follow the directions below to return to the income section of your return and edit the state information on your W-2.
