VA Tax form rejected

My federal and VA state returns were rejected because I mistyped the EIN on a the federal .  I corrected this and refiled.  The federal was accepted.  The VA state was re-rejected because of an error in Turbo Tax software.  I did not have a Turbo tax account for me, just one last year for my granddaughter and now have one created today, but it tells me I have not filed any taxes.  I have used Turbo Tax for 10 years and this is the first problem.  In addition, the rejection message in Turbo tax says my 2020 California State taxes are ready for review.  I have not lived in California since 1976.  How can I get my taxes re-filed in Virginia and correct what is wrong?

I received an email alert from you this morning saying my Virginia return had been rejected. The alert said to open my return and you would walk me through fixing the problem which you indicated was in your software. I did this but there are no directions from you on the open return?  What to do???

I received an email saying Virginia personal return was rejected due to a charity issue in Turbo tax software and to open the return and you would walk me through making updates.  There were no instructions.  Then I saw something else saying if I used a CD to download turbo tax I needed to contact support to update the state return.  When I sign into turbo tax it always updates.  What do I need to do to correct the Virginia return and refile?

Virgina Bill,  Thank you, thank you, thank you,  It worked.  My husband has Alzheimers and this was my first time doing the taxes and I was so proud, then got rejected.  Your answer walked me through it.  Thank you so much!
