We also received an email from Turbo Tax that our VA state return had been rejected and that Turbo Tax would help us fix the problem and for me to check my email for more information. The email stated that the VA Charity was identified as a potential issue in our VA return due to an error in your software. We were told to open our return in Turbo Tax and the details about what's causing the problem would be displayed and that you would walk us through how to fix the problem and help us e-file my return. I opened our tax files on our laptop but nothing relating to this error was displayed.
We had completed out 2020 taxes using the Turbo Tax CD and were instructed to sign into our Turbo Tax account which we did.
When we got into the Turbo Tax site and selected the option "Your tax returns & documents" at the bottom of the page we got this message:
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
HOW CAN i FIX THIS CAN i TALK TO SOME ONE ? gIVE ME A PHONE NUMBER ( ENGLISH PLEASE)
