Using Do It Yourself Premium file VA state return- Where do I enter my 529 contributions?

In the Virginia interview, look for the screen "Here's the income that Virginia handles differently". Scroll down to the subheading "Education".

Click on Start or Revisit for "Commonwealth Savers (Section 529) Plan".
