I have filed my state tax, but cannot pay the amount due by the deadline-Idaho. Do I need to file any form with the state?

Unfortunately, you are unable to change your payment date in Turbo Tax once you filed your return and it has been accepted but you can cancel it and then make other payment arrangements. You need to contact your State directly to do this.
