Unable to efile New Mexico Return

Filled out my state taxes, Efiled my federal, tried to Efile my completed state and Turbo tax will not Efile without the federal which was already filed

This is an issue TurboTax is working on.  See Why am I not able to e-file my state return after filing my Federal return?- you can sign up for an email when you will be able to file the state return.

It is now May 16. I cannot get my state return to eFile. The system keeps asking for a credit card for a $40 charge to process my refund. I am not due a refund. And I keep cycling back to the page that requests that I sign in again to the system. It then says everything is restored and then I get looped back. Absolutely infuriating. I had to file my Federal return separately  and now I am not sure if I will be able to file New Mexico electronically. And I seem to have lost the ability to paper file = it is no longer an option
