It is now May 16. I cannot get my state return to eFile. The system keeps asking for a credit card for a $40 charge to process my refund. I am not due a refund. And I keep cycling back to the page that requests that I sign in again to the system. It then says everything is restored and then I get looped back. Absolutely infuriating. I had to file my Federal return separately and now I am not sure if I will be able to file New Mexico electronically. And I seem to have lost the ability to paper file = it is no longer an option
