Unable to E-File Virginia Tax Return on TurboTax Desktop Mac

"This return is in a tax situation that does not allow you to e-file.  You'll need to print and file your return by mail.  If you want more details, select the Review tab, and continue through Final Review.  To file by mail, select the File tab, continue and select File by Mail."

There is no option to file by mail.  These instructions do not work.  How do I file by mail?  Where do I send the printed forms?  How do I know they will be received?  It looks like there would be multiple forms I would need to send.
