Turbotax said it cant efile my indiana return because it included an SC-40 elderly credit form. but all i got was that form. so i dont file an indiana return at all?

Actually, the SC-40 is the return.  If you are not required to file the IT-40, then the SC-40 files by itself.  You will sign and mail-in the form; it does not e-file.  Otherwise, the credit is claimed (and e-filed) with IT-40.

You can print and mail in the state return.

my point was there is no return. turbotax "reveiwed" my indiana return and i  downloaded my indiana return but all turbotax provided was the sc-40. like i dont file a return at all.
