TurboTax MD state employee withheld?

I live in PA and work in MD for the MD state. Turbotax says that I am only getting a small portion of my withheld MD state taxes back however, I know that I should be getting everything back from MD since I don't live in MD. PA and MD has reciprocity but, that doesn't apply to MD state employees which MD withholds. How do I correct this error in Turbotax?

TurboTax MD state employee withheld?

You are correct that MD state taxes should not be withheld from the W-2 pay of PA residents who work in MD.  If MD state taxes were mistakenly withheld from your pay, then in order to obtain a refund you must file a non-resident MD tax return on which you allocate zero income to MD.

File MD Form MW507 with your MD employer in order to exempt yourself from MD withholding.
