TurboTax is not allowing me to e-file because of the NJ BAIT TAX, but i've no idea what that is?

my return does not have the pass-through business alternative income tax credit but it's showing that it does, and it's preventing me from e-filing

It is a known BUG in an update.

Supposedly being worked on.
