Turbotax iNDIANA county tax rate is higher than state instructions.

According to the Indiana CT-40 instructions the Whitely county tax rate is .012, Turbotax used .0168290.  According to my calculations, that's a $621.00 error in my favor.  My taxes are filled and I need assistance on how to resolve this.  Turbotax advertises a guarantee, but I can't find a way to talk with a human to resolve this.

It’s possible that you’re looking at an outdated version of the instructions.  

According to the 2021 Indiana County Income Tax Rates and County Codes on page 2 of Schedule CT-40, which can be downloaded from DOR: 2021 Individual Income Tax Forms, the 2021 Indiana county income tax rate for Whitley County is .016829.
