TurboTax has a new feature in TurboTax Online called “Clear and start over"

When you select to “Clear and Start Over” keep in mind that all of your information, personal, tax, etc... will be gone

To restart you state return by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to your TurboTax account with you username and password.
  2. Click on  My Account
  3. The following pop-up window will appear: "Are you sure you want to clear your return?"
  4. Clicking Yes will clear the return.
  5. Your return has been cleared
The following pop-up window will appear "Help us find the right product for you"

You can proceed with restarting your return.
