TurboTax fails to include Massachusetts form M-2210 with E-file when penalty is zero.

Can you please also point out to the devs that the current guided process for MA does not alert the user to the fact that there is a penalty and does not provide for a method to enter annualized income data. 

Users have to identify the existence of a penalty by scrutinizing the final tax return and then have to enter annualized income data directly on form M-2210. 

This is not a good way to get the promised "maximum refund" ...

Thank you for your involvement.  I'm happy to report that with the latest software update as of 3/20/2025, Form M-2210 is now included.
