TurboTax Business State Return stuck on review

Hello,

I'm trying to efile my state taxes on TurboTax Business desktop edition.

I keep get to the transmit page, but it keeps looping to "We Need to Make One More Check."

It highlight items that I cannot change. What can I do about this?

Are you trying to e-file your state return only.

No, the federal efile went through, but I'm having issues with the state.

You either have to create some sort of federal "dummy" return or print and mail the state return.
