why is there no way to edit?

Return to your WI state program. Go through it again. It will ask about state residency and verify your county. Select the dropdown box and change it.

If my employer is in Jackson, MI and I live in Grand Rapids, MI. But, I travel to a different city checking the job sites. What do I put for actual work location?
