On Colorado's for DR1316, how do I add the amount for line 4 "Net Capital Gain as reported on Federal form 1040"?

I sold a house in Colorado which was my primary residence but I had previously rented the home and, in those tax years, had included depreciation of the home to offset income from the rental.  On my 1040 I have capital gains for the depreciated amount, which I believe Colorado allows me to exclude from my income for Colorado taxes.  But I can't get turbotax to only include the amount of capital gain I put on my federal form.

Turbo tax is a total rip off. Just run. Never using this again
