TTax requires review of entries for tax exempt Dividends which are 99.72 state exempt and 0.28% from elsewhere. All options have been tried but not yet accepted. Why?

Entries are from 1099DIV for state tax free mutual fund.  Problem seems to be entering a tiny portion of non-state exempt income (0.28%) even though entries add up to total shown in box 11.  When I complete entries for this 1099DIV TTax still shows "Review" needed.

If the non-state exempt income is 0.28% of approximately $100, I would just ignore it and leave blank.  It will have no effect on your federal or state tax returns.

that will depend on  how big that dividend is.
