I am trying to finish up my state of Michigan taxes, but TT keeps adding in a full time, nonresidential Ohio return. I thought that I did not need to fill out tax information in Ohio if I lived in a reciprocal state (Michigan). Do I have to submit this or not?
If I do have to submit this form, when it asks for Ohio wages in column B, do I type in Box 1 of my Ohio W2 or something else?

There is a reciprocal agreement.
IF you have OH income and tax on your w2, fill out the OH return first to calculate a credit to go on your MI taxes. Be sure to fill out IT-4NR and give it to your employer to avoid this in the future.
If you do not have have OH income and tax showing, only fill out MI and answer any questions about income in other states as NO. No income from other states.
In the personal info section, when it asks if you made money in another state, answer NO, per the reciprocal state instructions, on that page. This will prevent TurboTax from thinking you need to file an OH return.
I have my Ohio W2 in front of me. There are the federal wages, and everything on lines 1-6. When moving down to line 15, for the state, it says Michigan. Line 20 is referring to OH locality. What do I do with this?
The reciprocity agreement does not apply to Ohio local city taxes. You are not required to file a local city return, but you are also not entitled to a refund of the city withholding (box19 on your W-2), unless there was an error in the amount.
Michigan will give you credit for that on the MI state return, but you have to attach a copy of the city return. So, even though the Ohio city does not require you to file a return, you have to file one to get the MI credit, even though there will be no tax due or refunded from the Ohio city.
So, when filling out the Ohio State return form, when it asks for Ohio wages, I should put 0? I am unable to remove the Ohio nonresident return from my taxes, even though I have updated my information to "No, I did not make money in any other state".

Even if you can't get rid of it, don't fill it out. Just ignore it. You do not file an Ohio state tax return.
