This is asking for your deductible auto registration fee for your second car.  There is a vehicle description entered, but no amount.  Please select "deductions & credits" then "I'll choose what I work on."  Scroll down to "cars and other things you own."  Select "car registration fees" and go thru this section to clear the error.  If it doesn't apply, remove the description that probably transferred from last year to clear the error.  Hope this helps.
