The personal exemption of $4050 for single does not appear to be deducted from my income. How can I fix this?

We can't see your tax return in the forum, so I can only suggest the following:  verify that TurboTax is calculating $4050 per person for exemptions by going to:

My Account (top menu), then

Tools 

View Tax Summary (Under Other helpful links)

Exemptions (5 line) should be $4050 for each person claimed, including you.
