Texas State Pension Taxes Living in Oklahoma

Do I have to pay Oklahoma state income tax on the pension payments from the state of texas. I was a state employee.

Regardless of its source, retirement income is taxable by your State of Residence at the time you receive it.  This is by federal law.

Yes.  As an OK resident, all you income is taxable by OK, regardless of source (Except US government interest).
