You won't be able to find it in the Tax Return Transcript generated from the IRS website; this transcript will only have federal information. Instead, you will need to pull the full copy of the Tax Return you filed during 2023; Locate where the state section begins, Form Number 140 for Arizona, and the amount of Tax Liability after credits will be on line 52 of that form.
