I am in Canada, BC.
I rent a condo but do not need the parking space that comes with it. by subletting the parking to someone else who needs it within the condo, does the condo renter have to declare the parking rental as income?
Condo rent ~ 1600 per month

If you are required to file a US income tax return, yes, per U.S. tax code, the renter of a condo has to declare the rental income from the parking space on their income tax return, even if the parking space is in Canada, BC. You'll be able to deduct any expenses related to the parking space.
